Ginger-Raisin Muffins

Ginger – Raisin Muffins

1 (16 oz.) box gingerbread mix
1 ¼ c. lukewarm water
1 egg (or equivalent)
2 (1.5 oz.) boxes seedless raisins

Combine gingerbread mix, water and egg and mix well.  Stir in raisins.  Pour into sprayed muffin tins and fill half full.  Bake at 350 degrees F for 20 minutes or when tested done with a toothpick.
