Apple
- Peanut Butter Fudge
1 c.
chocolate chips
5 oz. marshmallow creme
½ c. peanut
butter 5 oz. marshmallow creme
1 t. vanilla
2 c. sugar
2/3 c. apple juice
In a bowl
combine chocolate, creme, peanut butter, and vanilla. In a buttered, heavy, 2 quart saucepan
combine sugar and apple juice. Cook and
stir over medium heat til sugar dissolves and mixture boils. Continue cooking and stirring to soft-ball
stage (240 F). Remove from heat; quickly add chocolate mixture. Stir just till mixture is blended. Pour into a buttered 9x9x2" baking
pan. Cool; cut into squares. Makes 36 squares.
