Apple Pudding


Apple Pudding

1 egg                                       
3/4 sugar
2 T. flour                                  
1¼ t. baking powder
pinch of salt                                              
cup of chopped walnuts
½ c. chopped apples                  
1 t. vanilla

Beat sugar and eggs smooth, then put in flour, baking powder, salt.  Stir into egg mixture.  Bake in a greased pan at 325 F for 30 minutes.  If you like topping, use whipped or ice cream.
