ALLSPICE LIQUEUR

ALLSPICE LIQUEUR

3/4 teaspoon Allspice
1 1/2 cups Vodka or brandy
1/2 cup Sugar syrup

Steep allspice in alcohol for 10 days. Strain and filter. Add sugar syrup. Mature 3-4 weeks.
